Astral Projection. Spells beyond the limitations of body

The physical body sets many limitations on your magical abillity
and on your ability to cast spells.
The body uses much of your spiritual energy for its activity.
the spirit moves the body.
The body is a prison for the spirit.
so when you are out of your body you cast stronger spells.
also your soul takes energy from the environment and become stronger.
So if you are a practitioner of astral projection you will cast stronger spells even when you are inside your physical body.
The concept of astral projection exists in many religions. Y.E tibetian buddhism where the astral body is called rainbow body also in hinduism, voodoo, paganism,wicca druidism, occultism,theosophy,shamanism, in religions of indian tribes etc.
We all makes astral projections when we sleep. we just don't know it.
A method of astral projection is through the lucid dreaming.
First of all you must sleep in certain times.
keep a notebook with your dreams so you can remember them.
exercise in dreaming while you are aware that you dreaming.
then visualize in your dream that you are out of your body.
you will see your body from up.
with the astral projection you can travel with very high speed.
you can be in an other country or even galaxy in a second.
